Every village has an organization for the benefit of the elderly. Urban Angels is working working with the leadership of this organization in Yanque to provide materials to build an oven to bake bread and to construct a pen for chickens. The intention of course is for them to be able to provide their own food. And, they may sell the excess to offer some income to those in the village without a pension. We will continue to monitor and support these projects.
